CORVALLIS, Ore. - Oregon State's Jacoby Ellsbury and Dallas Buck have both been named to Baseball America magazine's All-America team. Ellsbury (Madras, Ore./Madras HS), a junior outfielder, and Buck (Newberg, Ore./Newberg HS), a sophomore pitcher, were both first-team selections by the magazine's staff.

The duo helped Oregon State (46-10) to the Pacific-10 championship and into this week's College World Series. Tthe Beavers - ranked second in the latest USA Today/ESPN coaches poll - will meet top-ranked Tulane (56-10) on Saturday at 11 a.m. PDT in the opening round.

Going into the CWS, Ellsbury is batting .413 this season with six home runs, three triples, 19 doubles and 47 runs batted in with 25 stolen bases. Buck has a 12-1 record and a 2.10 earned run average; in 123.1 innings, he has allowed 83 hits and 49 walks while striking out 116.
