Oct. 23, 2005
LOS ANGELES - WSU keeper Katie Hultin made 10 saves Sunday, leading the Cougars to a 0-0 double overtime tie with No. 4 UCLA (14-1-1, 4-0-1 Pac-10) at Drake Stadium. Washington State moves to 8-7-2 overall and 1-4-1 in conference play.
UCLA came out on the offensive, out shooting the Cougars 18-1 in the first 90 minutes of play. The Bruins launched a barrage of shots in the 75th minute but neither team could find the back of the net as regulation time expired.
