Cassidy Krug Leads Stanford's Effort At Trojan Diving Invitational

Los Angeles, Calif. - Cassidy Krug placed third in the 1-meter and fourth in the 3-meter to lead divers from No. 3 Stanford on the first of two days of action Friday at the Trojan Diving Invitational. Krug finished with 276.50 points in the 1-meter and 248.40 in the 3-meter. USC's Blythe Hartley won the 1-meter with 309.25 points, while Arizona's Tiffany Manning was the 3-meter winner (269.95).

Sara Bowling (8th, 218.30) and Sarah Ohr (10th, 209.40) also made the finals for the Cardinal in the 1-meter, while Brooke Sullivan (21st, 179.20) and Katie Lampe (26th, 173.65) competed in the prelims.Lampe (6th, 241.20) and Sullivan (9th, 211.60) joined Krug in the 3-meter finals with Ohr (15th, 210.55) and Bowling (22nd, 183.25) in the prelims.

The meet concludes Saturday with the platform competition (11:00 am, PT).
