No. 24 USC Wins Season Opener At Hawai'i, 80-71

HONOLULU (AP) - Eshaya Murphy had 15 points to lead four players in double figures as No. 24 Southern California beat Hawaii 80-71 Saturday night in the season opener for both teams.

Chloe Kerr and Camille LeNoir scored 13 points apiece, and Allison Jaskowiak added 12 for USC. Kerr also had a game-high 12 rebounds.

Amy Sanders led Hawaii with a game-high 20 points. Janevia Taylor added 15 and Tanya Smith 12.

The Rainbow Wahine led 40-37 at the break.
