TEMPE, Ariz. - Arizona State University junior wide receiver/kick returner Terry Richardson has been named a Second-Team All-American by SI.com. Richardson is joined on the team by senior wide receiver Derek Hagan, who earned an Honorable Mention.

Richardson, from Corona, Calif., was one of the most dangerous return men in the NCAA this season. He averaged 15.9 yards per punt return, and 28.1 yards per kickoff return. Richardson returned two punts for scores this year, including a 71-yarder against Arizona that helped the Sun Devils come back to defeat the Wildcats and win the Territorial Cup. For his efforts, Richardson was named the game's MVP.

Hagan has caught 68 passes for 1,066 yards and eight touchdowns this season, becoming the first Sun Devil to ever record three straight 1,000 yard receiving seasons. ASU's all-time leader in receptions, receiving yards and TD catches, Hagan became the Pac-10's all-time receptions leader earlier this season.

The Sun Devils will take on the Rutgers Scarlet Knights December 27th in the Insight Bowl, played at Chase Field in Phoenix. The game will be nationally televised on ESPN and will kickoff at 6:30 pm.
