Derek Hagan and Terry Richardson Named Third Team All-Americans by

TEMPE, Ariz. - Arizona State University wide receivers Derek Hagan and Terry Richardson have been named Third Team All-Americans by It is the second All-American selection for both student-athletes.

Hagan, a senior from Palmdale, Calif., was named an Honorable Mention All-American by last week. He totaled 72 receptions for 1,113 yards and eight touchdowns, becoming the Pac-10's all-time leader in receptions. Hagan is ASU's all-time leader in receptions, receiving yards and touchdown catches, and is the only Sun Devil wideout to ever pass the 1,000 receiving yard mark in three straight seasons.

Richardson, from Corona, Calif, earned the All-American nod as a punt returner, thanks to his two punt returns for touchdowns and his 15.9 return average. He was named a Second Team All-American punt returner by

The Sun Devils will take on the Scarlet Knights of Rutgers in the Insight Bowl, December 27th at Chase Field in Phoenix. The game will be shown to a national television audience on ESPN. Kickoff is set for 6:30 pm.
