Head Coach Erica Quam Says: 'For the Dec. 31 meet, we will be coming off of hard training over winter break, and so will FIU. This will be an opportunity for both of our teams to get up and get some racing in during our training camp. The meet on Jan 6 is a relay meet and, again, the emphasis is on our training during that period of time. Getting a relay meet in allows swimmers to get the benefit of relay starts instead of having many heats of 'flat start' 100s.'
