No. 10 Sun Devils host Washington State on Saturday Afternoon

The No. 10 Arizona State women's basketball team (11-1, 2-0 Pac-10) will look for its ninth consecutive victory when it hosts the Washington State Cougars (6-5, 0-3 Pac-10) on Saturday at 2 p.m.
With a win against Washington State the Sun Devils would have their first ever 3-0 start in Pac-10 play.

WHAT TO LOOK FOR Currently 11-1, the Sun Devils are off to their best start since the 1982-83 season when they were 14-1. Currently No. 10 in the USA Today/ESPN coaches poll, the Sun Devils are in the top 10 for the first time in 22 years. ASU's current eight-game winning streak ties its longest such streak under head coach Charli Turner Thorne. Turner Thorne needs two more wins to reach 200 for her career. With three more wins, Turner Thorne will pass former Oregon head coach Jody Runge for No. 7 on the Pac-10's all-time wins list. The Sun Devils have won their last 14 regular season games at home and are 32-2 in their last 34 regular season home games. A win vs. Washington State would give ASU its first ever 3-0 start in Pac-10 play.
