The Pac-10 went a perfect 32-0 last weekend, defeating seven ranked opponents ... In the 32 games, Pac-10 teams scored 235 runs, allowing only 36 ... The Conference has seven of eight teams ranked in the USA Softball/ Top-25, with all seven schools in the Top-15 and six in the Top-10 ... Arizona held onto the No. 1 spot for the fourth consecutive week, while UCLA moved back up to the No. 3 spot ... Stanford and CALIFORNIA jumped to No. 5 and 6, respectively ... Oregon State and ARIZONA STATE remained in the Top-10 at No. 8 and 10 ... Washington rounds out the Pac-10 contingent in the poll at 14th ... The Conference has garnered an astonishing .865 winning percentage (167-26) thus far, including a .729 winning percentage (35-13) over ranked teams ... Seven of eight league teams are batting over .314, and six of eight are holding opposing batters under .200 ... Fox Sports Net will televise the following three Conference games this season: UCLA at Washington on Fri., Apr. 14; Arizona at Stanford, Fri., Apr. 21; California at Oregon State, Fri., Apr. 28.

ARIZONA (23-1)
: Senior pitcher Alicia Hollowell (13-0) won her 125th career game this weekend, placing her first on UA's all-time victories list and fifth on the NCAA list ... She already holds the records for innings pitched, strikeouts, and no-hitters ... Hollowell tossed her 13th (of 13 possible) complete games this season ... Caitlin Lowe extended her team-high hitting streak to 11 games, knocking in three RBI on five hits ... Kristie Fox led the Wildcats in most offensive categories, including batting average (.750), on-base percentage (.833), slugging percentage (1.625) and RBI (7) ... The Wildcats played their first extra-innings bout of the year, a nine-inning, 2-1 victory over Baylor ... In the first of three games vs. Baylor, Arizona logged a season-high 16 hits ... UA leads the league in batting average (.350) and on-base percentage (.439) ... On the mound, the Wildcats lead the Pac-10 in opposing batting average (.111) and batters struck out (285).

ARIZONA STATE (26-1): The Sun Devils swept through the soggy National Invitational Softball Tournament, winning four games by a 24-1 margin ... Pitcher Katie Burkhart (11-0) allowed only three hits in her three games, while tallying 32 strikeouts and allowing no runs across the board ... She also threw a no-hitter in an 11-0, five-inning win over San Jose State, her first since Mar. 4, 2005 ... Freshman Kaitlin Cochran continued her tear through tournament play, hitting .625 over the weekend with six runs on 10 hits ... She also had two doubles, nine RBI, and an .879 slugging percentage ... Her .513 batting average, 41 hits, 41 RBI and 69 total bases lead the Conference ... The Sun Devils lead the Pac-10 with 171 runs scored, 31 home runs, and 112 walks ... Outfielder Michelle Smith had seven hits over the weekend, with five runs and three RBI ... Desiree Serrano (10-1) gave up no runs on 10 hits in her two appearances.

CALIFORNIA (19-2): Cal picked up four wins at the National Invitational Softball Tournament, playing three games on Sunday due to rainouts ... Senior pitcher Kristina Thorson (12-2) picked up five wins on the week, giving up just one run in 24.1 innings while striking out 45 ... Against Santa Clara, Thorson held the Broncos to two hits while striking out 16 ... She has struck out 45 batters looking this season, which leads the Conference ... Junior Alex Sutton went 11-for-16 (.407) over the Bears' six games last week, tallying three runs and eight RBI ... In the doubleheader against Saint Mary's, Sutton was a perfect 2-for-2 in each of the two games ... Sutton ranks fifth in the Pac-10 with her .468 batting average and sixth for her .537 on-base percentage ... Senior Haley Woods is fifth with a .470 average, and leads the league with a 1.000 slugging percentage and nine home runs ... Cal holds the third-highest batting average (.346) and second-highest on-base percentage (.415) in the Pac-10.

OREGON (12-9): The Ducks did not travel to the National Invitational Softball Tournament as planned last weekend, due to a shortage of available pitchers ... Senior Amy Harris is expected to miss amonth with bicipital tendonitis, while freshman Elise Orange has taken an indefinite leave of absence from the team ... Harris should return in time for the start of the Pac-10 season on Mar. 31 ... Oregon opens its home season on Wed. vs. Portland State ... Despite playing fewer games than any team in the Conference, UO leads the league with 11 triples and nine fielding double plays.

OREGON STATE (21-2): The Beavers have won a league-leading 21 consecutive games, a mark that is just one win shy of matching the school record ... OSU went 3-0 at the Bulldog Classic in Fresno, Calif. before being rained out of games with Fresno State and Central Florida ... Senior Adrienne Alo hit her 32nd career home run against Ball State, which ranks second all-time in school history ... She finished the game 2-for-4 with three RBI ... Freshman DeAnn Young hit .600 (6-for-10) with two doubles, two home runs, and four runs scored over the weekend ... She went 3-for-4 with 5 RBI, two home runs and a double against No. 22 DePaul ... Junior pitcher Ta'Tyana McElroy (9-1) went 2-0 on the weekend over ranked opponents ... In 12.1 innings of work, she threw nine strikeouts for a 1.70 ERA ... The Beavers lead the league with a .552 slugging percentage.

STANFORD (22-4): Stanford won five games during its 2006 Stanford Classic over the weekend ... Catalina Morris batted .611 with 10 RBI, seven runs, three doubles, one home run and one stolen base over the weekend to lead the Cardinal ... She is currently in the midst of a nine-game hitting streak ... Morris leads Stanford and ranks eighth in the league with a .432 batting average ... Freshman pitcher Missy Penna (13-2) went 3-0 with a 1.71 ERA, striking out 18 batters in 16 innings ... She has logged 104 strikeouts so far this season ... Fellow hurlers Laura Severson (4-0) and Becky McCullough (5-2) were both 1-0 with 0.00 ERA's ... The Cardinal run-ruled three of its five opponents during the tournament (Wisconsin, Middle Tennessee, BYU) ... Stanford leads the Conference in hits with 242 and is second in RBI (145), doubles (37) and triples (10) ... Freshman Maddy Coon leads the league with nine home runs.

UCLA (25-1): The Bruins went 6-0 last week, defeating Cal State Fullerton in a 10-inning battle and sweeping through the Long Beach State Tournament ... UCLA was the only undefeated team in tournament play ... Caitlin Benyi returned to the UCLA lineup, hitting .467 for the week with a .591 on-base percentage and 1.067 slugging percentage ... She led the team with two home runs, seven hits, three doubles and eight RBI ... Standout pitcher Anjelica Selden (14-1) went 3-0 on the week with a 0.00 ERA, throwing three complete-game shutouts and 23.0 innings pitched ... She struck out 45 batters and walked just seven, holding opposing batters to a .068 batting average ... During their game vs. Syracuse, sophomore outfielder Krista Colburn became the first Bruin in over 11 years to hit two triples in the same game (Nicole Odom, 2/18/95 vs. California) ... Andrea Duran stole three bases in a single game twice in the last two weeks.

WASHINGTON (19-6): Cailtin Noble (8-3) threw a one-hitter in a 8-0, five inning win over Central Florida to wrap up the Huskies' four-game sweep through the Fresno State Bulldog Classic ... It was her fifth shutout of the season ... Washington finished the tournament with a perfect 4-0 mark, and sophomore Dominique Lastrapes was named to the all-tournament team ... Lastrapes hit .583 (7-for-12) with seven RBI and five runs scored ... As a team, the Huskies finished the weekend with a .444 (37-for-99) team average with 19 extra-base hits ... Washington hit seven long balls in their two games on Friday vs. San Diego and No. 21 DePaul ... Aimee Minor hit her third career grand slam and first long ball of the season against UCF ... Ashley Charters is one of three hitters in the league with a batting average above .500 ... That mark ranks her third, and her .540 on-base percentage puts her fourth, 40 hits tie her for second, and four triples tie her for first.
