PULLMAN, Wash. - The Sun Devils Pac-10 series opener with Washington State has been suspended until Friday afternoon due to a partial outage of the light standards at Bailey-Brayton Field.
After a 15 minute delay in the top of the second inning for an outage, the game was suspended until tomorrow when the lights again went out in the top of the third.
The game will resume tomorrow afternoon at 2 PM, with the Sun Devils trailing 1-0 in the third inning. ASU had one on and two outs when the game was suspended.
The Devils and Cougars will then play the second game of the series 30 minutes after the completion of Game One.
