Huskies Face Portland In Lentz's Return
April 4, 2006
SEATTLE - The Washington baseball team (20-11 overall, 3-3 in Pac-10 play) plays the final game of a four-game homestand tonight at 6:30 p.m. at Husky Ballpark as Portland visits Husky Ballpark.
The game is scheduled to feature the return of redshirt sophomore right-handed pitcher Richie Lentz, who will start the game for the Huskies. Lentz threw in only one game last year before season-ending surgery on his right elbow. Tonight will mark his first time on the mound in nearly 14 months.
Live audio and live stats of the game will both be available at gohuskies.com.
This weekend, the Dawgs return to Pac-10 play with a three-game series at Arizona State. All three games will air live on KKNW AM-1150. Those broadcasts will also be available via gohuskies.com.
