Game Dates, Times And TV Set for NCAA Softball Super Regional in Austin

SEATTLE -- The NCAA Softball Super Regional in Austin, Texas, featuring the University of Texas and Washington, will take place Friday and Saturday, May 26-27 on Memorial Day weekend. All games will take place at UT's Red and Charline McCombs Field on the UT campus.

Texas (52-7), the No. 3 seed overall in the NCAA Championship, will host No. 14 seed Washington (35-23) in a best-of-three series. The first two games of the Texas Super Regional will be broadcast live on ESPN, with the third game (if necessary) carried on ESPN2. On Friday, the Longhorns and Huskies meet at 4:30 p.m. Pacific time on Friday evening to start the series. The second game takes place on Saturday at 1 p.m. (Pacific); if necessary, the third and deciding game of the Super Regionals will be at 6 p.m. Saturday evening.

Only a limited amount of tickets for the general public are available for the Texas Super Regionals. Tickets for the Texas Super Regional currently are on sale at NOTE: All-session tickets ONLY will be available until Wednesday, May 24. Prices are listed below. There are no senior citizen or youth/student ticket discounts for this NCAA event.

All-session tickets are: $20 all-session reserved (per person) and $16 all-session general admission (per person). If any tickets remain after Wednesday, fans may purchase single session tickets at that time for $12 (reserved) and $8 (general admission) as well.

Sales will take place over the phones and in person beginning on Monday morning, May 22, at 9 a.m. (Central). Beginning on Monday, tickets may be purchased at the UT Athletics Ticket Office, located in the Bellmont Hall first floor lobby, from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. (Central).
