Men's Golf Heads to Tokyo, Japan to Compete in Topy Cup

Tokyo, Japan - The Arizona State men's golf team heads to Tokyo, Japan, to compete in the 2006 Topy Cup, Sept. 5-7. The line-up for the three-day event includes senior All-American Niklas Lemke, sophomore All-American Benjamin Alvarado Holley, junior Phil Telliard, sophomore Ryan Kelley and senior Fredrik Andersson.

This will be the Sun Devils' sixth appearance at the Topy Cup. ASU previously won the tournament in 1989. Also competing with Arizona State are NCAA schools Kentucky, San Diego State and Central Florida, along with eight teams from Japan.
