Golfers Remain in Third Place in Vanderbilt Tourney

The seventh-ranked UCLA women's golf team remained in third place following the second round of the Mason Rudolph Championship, hosted by Vanderbilt University at the Legends Course in Franklin, TN.

On Saturday, the Bruins posted a team score of 289 (+1) for a 36-hole total of 576 (E). They trailed second place Georgia by two strokes and frontrunner Duke by 10 shots. Stanford was fourth at 582 (+6), followed by Oklahoma State at 587 (+11).

Sophomore Tiffany Joh was tied for first place with Duke's Jennie Lee at six-under par 138. Joh posted her second straight 69 (-3). Freshman Sydnee Michaels was tied for 14th at 145 (+1) after carding a 72 (E) and sophomore Ryann O'Toole was tied for 19th at two-over 146 after she signed for a 74 (+2). Senior Hannah Jun posted a 75 (+3) and was tied for 30th at 148 (+4) and freshman Lalita Boonnoppornkul was in 69th place at 159 (+14) after carding a 74 (+2).
