Buffs, Ducks Hook Up In Portland Saturday

THE GAME: The University of Colorado will play the University of Oregon on Saturday, Dec. 9, at 4 p.m. MST at the Rose Garden Arena in Portland, Ore., as part of the 2006 Pape Jam.

BROADCAST: All Colorado women's basketball regular and post season games are broadcast live on KKZN AM 760, Boulder's Progressive Talk station. Mike Rice will handle play by play duties. Live internet audio can be accessed through the Yahoo! Sports. The game will be televised by the Oregon Sports Network and can  viewed on CUBuffs.com through the Stampede Online subscription service.

ABOUT THE BUFFALOES: Colorado is 5-4 and looking to shrug off a two-game slide after its 89-77 setback at Cal State Fullerton on Dec. 7. The Buffs have their best record after nine games since an 8-1 start in 2003-04. The 2003-04 season also marks CU's last appearance in the NCAA Tournament. Colorado is more than half way to its win total for the 2005-06 season (9-21).
