Cougar Tennis to Face Familiar Pac-10 Opponents During 2007-08 Schedule

PULLMAN, Wash. The Washington State women's tennis team schedule is highlighted with matches against tough Pac-10 opponents and numerous instate rivals.

The Cougars with host the Cougar Classic to open the season at home September 21 to 23 followed by multiple tournaments and invitational events. Dual matches will start in January and continue until the end of the school year.

The schedule is filled with dual matches against Pac-10 foes including two against cross state rival Washington where the Cougars will look to improve on the 1-1 record they posted against them last year.

They will travel to California to face off against UCLA and USC while both Arizona and Arizona State will come to Pullman to match up with the Cougars. The Oregon Ducks will make an appearance in Pullman with the Cougars traveling to them later in the season.

With coach Lisa Hart at the helm the Cougars will be looking to continue their success and go for their third straight winning season.
