USC Announces The 2007-08 Men's Basketball Television Schedule

LOS ANGELES - The USC men's basketball team today (Oct. 11) released its television schedule for the upcoming 2007-08 season which will feature at least 20 games on over-the-air television and another six games (including 2 exhibition contests) on Trojan TV All-Access available on the USC web site usctrojans.com.
USC will be broadcast on ESPN or one of its affiliates five times, including the game vs. consensus preseason top three-ranked Memphis at the Jimmy V Classic in New York and the Feb. 28 contest at Arizona, where last season the Trojans snapped a 21-game losing streak at McKale Arena.
The Trojans' game vs. crosstown rival UCLA in Westwood on Jan. 19 will be televised by CBS and the Feb. 9 game at Washington State will be broadcast by ABC.
Prime Ticket or Fox Sports Net West will televise 13 Trojan contest, including home games vs. national powers Oklahoma on Nov. 29, Kansas on Dec. 2 and UCLA on Feb. 17.
USC is also on the wildcard list of games that may be selected on March 1 at Arizona State, March 6 vs. California and March 8 vs. Stanford.
In addition to all these games, Trojan TV All-Access will televise live on the usctrojans.com web site the two exhibition games, the Cardinal and Gold game on Oct. 28 and the contest against Fresno Pacific on Dec. 8. The four regular season games which will only be available on Trojan TV All-Access are the season opener vs. Mercer on Nov. 10, vs. Delaware State on Dec. 17, vs. Cal Poly on Dec. 22 and vs. UC Riverside on Dec. 29.
Tomorrow the Trojans will be hosting 'Midnight Madness' at the Galen Center, following the USC women's volleyball match against Oregon. The festivities will begin around 9 p.m. and include introduction of the players, a 10-minute scrimmage, a two-ball contest, a dunk contest, prize giveaways and much more. The volleyball game and 'Midnight Madness' will both be available on Trojan TV All-Access.
