An interesting rematch highlights the docket this week as UCLA and USC travel to the Bay Area for games against the Cardinal and Golden Bears ... The LA schools are responsible for the two Stanford losses as the Bruins defeated the squad at home, 69-56, and only two days later the Women of Troy bested the seven-time defending Pac-10 champion, 73-72, at the Galen Center ... The LA sweep of the Cardinal marked the first time since the 2003-04 season that Stanford went 0-2 in one Pac-10 weekend ... In other action, WASHINGTON STATE head coach June Daugherty returns to the WASHINGTON campus for the first time as the Cougars take on the Huskies on Super Bowl Sunday ... OREGON and OREGON STATE continue their four-game road trip, this weekend taking on ARIZONA and Arizona State.

Wiggins has 2,204 career points with 10 regular season games left on the schedule ... With her 12th point, Wiggins will take over sole possession of fifth place on the Pac-10's all-time scoring charts ... The Conference record holder for points is USC's Lisa Leslie (1991-94) who totaled 2,414 in her illustrious Trojan career.

Stanford SO C Jayne Appel finished last Saturday's game against Cal as the team's fourth-leading scorer (nine points), but added 15 rebounds, seven assists, four blocks and just one turnover in 34 minutes played ... Appel finished one point and three assists shy of a triple-double, shooting 4-for-7 from the floor ... Only eight players in Pac-10 history have recorded a triple-double, including Stanford great Nicole Powell who notched a Pac-10 best six ... UCLA G Noelle Quinn was the last Conference player to record a triple-double (vs. California, 2/19/2004, 21 pts, 10 rebounds, 10 assists).

The race to crown the 2007-08 Pac-10 champion is in full swing with just nine regular season games left on the docket ... California owns a one game lead on Stanford and Arizona State, but a lot of basketball is yet to be played ... The 2008 State Farm Pac-10 Tournament champion will be crowned on Mon., March 10 in the culminating game of the four-day tournament ...
