The Bears opened the second half on a 21-6 run to extend their lead to 44-25.
Ashley Walker, who entered as Cal's leading scorer with 16.2 points per game, was held to four point but had a game-high 12 rebounds.
Micaela Cocks had seven points to lead Oregon (10-14, 4-9), which also got six points each from Nicole Canepa and Taylor Lilley.
