Kaitlin Cochran Named to the ASA Women's Major Fast Pitch Tournament First Team

TEMPE, Ariz. - Sun Devil outfielder Kaitlin Cochran continued her growing list of accolades this week as the ASA named her to the Women's Major Fast Pitch Tournament First Team. Cochran, who will return to ASU for her senior season in 2009, played for the Connecticut Brakettes this summer.

While playing for the Brakettes this summer, Cochran has gone 41 for 69 at the plate, for an amazing .594 average with five home runs and 16 RBIs while only striking out once in 22 games played.
