Women's Golf Hosts Inland Invitational

What's Happening This Week: The Washington State women's golf team will host the Inland Northwest Dodge Dealers Invitational Sept. 15-16...the tournament will be held at the par-72, 6,142-yard Palouse Ridge Golf Club in Pullman, Wash....36 holes will be played on Monday, Sept. 15, with tee times beginning at 7:30 a.m., followed by the final 18 holes to be played on Tuesday, Sept.16.

The Field: The 10-school field will include Boise State, Gonzaga, Montana, Nevada, Portland, Portland State, Sacramento State, Seattle, Washington State and Weber State...both Washington State and Gonzaga will have two teams in the field.

Competing For WSU: All 10 Cougars will participate at the 2008 Inland Invitational, dividing into two teams...the first team will include freshmen Kristen Allard, Andrea Rosete and Lauren Howell, along with seniors Jessica Black and Amy Eneroth...team two will consist of freshmen Danna Olson and Kaitlin Parsons, sophomore Allison Travis, and juniors Mandy Parsons and Haley Parsons.

Last Time Out: The Cougars finished 15th at the Ptarmigan Ram Fall Classic...Eneroth finished in a tie for 23rd as the top competitor for Washington State, firing a three-round total of 219 (+3)...the top 25 performance marked the 28th of Eneroth's career, placing her in a tie for second on WSU's all-time list.
