Cats to Compete in CardeValle Collegiate

TUCSON, Ariz.- The men’s golf team heads out to San Martin, Calif. for the CordeValle Collegiate, Nov. 3-5.

The tournament is hosted by UCLA, and is played at CordeValle Country Club, a par 72, 7,169 yard course. Six golfers will compete for each team, with the best five scores recorded each day. Each golfer will play 54 holes over three rounds.

The field includes: Arkansas, Arizona, Augusta State, Charlotte, Coastal Carolina,Lamar, Northwestern, Santa Clara, Stanford, host UCLA, USC and Washington.

Competing for the Wildcats will be: Tarquin MacManus, Roberto Galleti, Jonathon Khan, Tyler Neal, Bradley Nicholson and Philip Bagdade.

The Cats are coming off a 12th place finish in the Isleworth-UCF Collegiate Invitational, Oct. 26-28. The teams 909 stroke total was highlighted by Tarquin MacManus’ +8 finish tied for 23rd.
