Head Coach LaVonda Wagner
On the overall game ...
'First of all I would like to congratulate Arizona State for coming out after a holiday and getting their first Pac-10 win. They did a good job of out-rebounding us and they did a great job at out-scoring us. Those are things we need to work on in practice and will continue to do so. It is very tough to be successful in the Pac-10 when you only have five assists and don't shoot the ball very well. Those are things we will go back in and work on. The positive side was we were able to handle their pressure. We only had 16 turnovers for the game, so that was good and we cut that down, but we have to do the other things well.'
On the physical aspect of the game ...
'We need to be able to go back up front and we did that, but we weren't able to get past them there. We did the things we needed to do, but unfortunately, when we got the ball we did not make the right decisions and we didn't make our shots.'
