Boise, Idaho - Kate Hagan earned two of the eight event wins for the Oregon State women's swim team as they defeated Boise State 111-177, Saturday.

Hagan won the 1,000 freestyle for the second time this season with a time of 10:32.09 to help put the Beavers on top. She also won the 500 freestyle in 5:10.87.

The Beavers began the afternoon by winning the 200 medley relay with a time of 1:45.51. The group consisted of Jenni Dole, Signe Larson, Saori Haruguchi and Anna Crandall. The second group for Oregon State consisted of Anna Heller, Agata Szewczuk, Kayla Rawlings and Keri Holmstrom, who finished in third in 1:48.26.

Crandall won the 200 freestyle, 1:51.59, making it the sixth of her career. Brittney Iverson finished the event in second, 1:52.95.

Dole continued the scoring with a first place finish in the 100 backstroke in 57.42. Heller finished in a close second with a time of 58.17.

Haruguchi and Rawlings finished one two during the 200 freestyle. Haruguchi finished with a time of 2:00.10, while Rawlings finished in 2:04.05. Rachael Wahl finished the event in fourth with a time of 2:08.85.

Haruguchi, Larson, Rawlings and Crandall finished the afternoon with a sweep of the remaining individual events to help secure the win for the Beavers. Haruguchi won the 200 backstroke, 2:03.88 and Larson completed the 200 breaststroke in 2:22.55. Rawlings won the 100 butterfly in 56.57, while Crandall one the 200 individual medley in 2:09.22.

Oregon State finished the afternoon by winning the 400 freestyle relay with a time of 3:31.96. The group consisted of Haruguchi, Dole, Iverson and Crandall.

Oregon State takes the pool again when they head to Federal Way, Wash. to compete in the Pacific-10 Championships beginning Wednesday, Feb. 25.
