The Game
Oregon State plays its final regular season road game and non-conference tilt Tuesday night when visiting UC Santa Barbara. The game starts at 7 p.m. from The Thunderdome on the UC Santa Barbara campus.

The game will be a 'Pink Zone' event for UC Santa Barbara. It will be the third time this season that Oregon State will participate in one.

The game will be carried live on KTHH-990 AM in the Corvallis area. Fans can also catch the game live on Beaver Nation Online (osubeavers.com). Because of technical difficulties with BNO, links on osubeavers.com will go straight to a free broadcast hosted by Yahoo!

Todd Mansfield will call all the action from The Thunderdome.

Last Game
Brittney Davis led Oregon State with 16 points but the Beavers dropped a 62-40 decision to No. 6 California Saturday night on FSN.

Davis hit the 10-point mark for the 10th consecutive game. She scored 11 of her 16 points in the first half.

On The Horizon
Oregon State has a few days off from competition in Corvallis before getting ready for its second game this season against rival Oregon. The Civil War, presented by the Northwest Dodge Dealers, begins at 7 p.m. PT Saturday night from legendary Gill Coliseum. It is the first of three straight at home for OSU.

The game will be available on a regional basis on FSN Northwest.

Scouting UC Santa Barbara
UC Santa Barbara is perhaps the hottest team in the Big West Conference, posting a 17-8 record overall and 12-1 mark in conference play. The Gauchos lost to Cal Poly on Thursday, snapping a three-game win streak and 11-game streak in Big West play.

Lauren Pedersen leads UCSB with 12.4 points per game and is shooting at a .309 clip. Jenna Green is the team's leading rebounder with 5.7 per game. She is also second on the team in scoring with 11.1 points per game and has made better than 52 percent of her shots from the field.

Lindsay Gottlieb is in her first year as the Gauchos' head coach. The stop is her first career head coaching opportunity.

UC Santa Barbara Series
UC Santa Barbara takes a 3-1 series lead into the game. The teams have not met since the 2004-05 season, when the Gauchos won, 76-71, in Santa Barbara. Oregon State's last victory in the series came on Dec. 18, 1993, when the Beavers won, 91-63, in Corvallis.

Last Game vs. UCSB - December 5, 2004
Senior guard Shannon Howell scored 20 points and Kim Butler added 18, but Oregon State couldn't overcome poor first-half shooting as UC Santa Barbara held on for a 76-71 victory on Dec. 5.

The Beavers hit seven of their first eight field goals to open the second half of action and hit 57-percent of their shots in the frame, but the Gauchos converted just enough free throws down the stretch to get the win.

Four UCSB players reached double figures in scoring with Kristen Mann's 20 points and six rebounds leading the way.

Casey Bunn had nine points and six rebounds for the Beavers, while Tiffany Ducker pulled down a career-high eight boards.

Game 25 Recap - Feb. 21
Brittney Davis scored 16 points but the Oregon State women's basketball dropped a 62-40 contest to sixth-ranked California Saturday night at Haas Pavilion.

Davis was 7-for-17 from the field, scoring 11 of her 16 points in the first half.

The senior guard from Portland has now scored at least 10 points in 10 straight games dating back to Jan. 17 against Washington.

Over the past 10 games, Davis is averaging 17.2 points and is shooting 43.3 percent from the field.

Alex Mitchell had seven points and seven rebounds for the Beavers

Overall, the Beavers shot 32.7 percent from the field compared to 51 percent for California. The Golden Bears reached 38 rebounds, while Oregon State managed just 25.

With the loss, Oregon State dropped to 15-10 overall and 6-9 in Pacific-10 Conference play this season. California, meanwhile, is tied for first in the Pac-10 with a 13-1 conference record and 22-3 overall mark.

The game Tuesday night is Oregon State's final non-conference tilt of the regular season. The Beavers enter the game with a 9-1 mark in non-conference games, their only loss coming to No. 4 North Carolina, 82-78.

The Beavers are 2-0 in non-conference games that count as road games (3-1 when considering neutral games as well).

Oregon State is shooting .454 and averaging better than 75 points in non-conference games this season.

Final Road Game, Too
After Tuesday night, the Beavers will not hit the road against this season until the Pacific-10 Conference Tournament, which is approximately three weeks away. But those games will be considered neutral, leaving the UC Santa Barbara contest as the last true road contest of the regular season.

Oregon State is looking to even its road record this season, entering the game at 5-6.

Double-Digit Davis
Brittney Davis kept her double-figures streak going Saturday night when posting 16 points. She now has 10 straight games in double figures.

Tuesday Games
The game will be the first of the season for the Beavers on Tuesday. After its completion, Oregon State will have played on every day of the week this season.
