Season Opener at Washington State Moved Back to Sept. 5

STANFORD, Calif. - Stanford's season opening football game at Washington State has been moved back to its original date of Saturday, Sept. 5.

The season-opener against the Cougars had been moved to Thursday, Sept. 3 to accommodate television coverage, but was recently moved back to its original date of Sept. 5. Television coverage and kickoff time will be announced at a later date.

Stanford resumes spring workouts on Tuesday, March 31. The annual Cardinal and White Spring Game is set for Monday, April 13 at Stanford Stadium. Admission is free.
