Cal Suffers 2-1 Defeat to Sacramento State

SACRAMENTO - The California softball team lost its fourth straight game after a 2-1 defeat to Sacramento State in eight innings on Tuesday at Shea Stadium. LOS ANGELES - The fourth-ranked Bruins pounded out 10 hits and a pair of home runs in an 8-0, six-inning victory in game one of Tuesday's doubleheader, but lost 7-2 in the nightcap to UC Santa Barbara at Easton Stadium.
