WALNUT CREEK, Calif. -- Fox Sports Net will be airing the men’s and women’s single’s finals from the 2009 Pac-10 Tennis Championships throughout the month of May, the Conference and FSN announced today.

The men’s final will feature two freshman, Stanford’s Bradley Klahn and USC’s Steve Johnson, who will battle it out for the individual title. The women’s championship is comprised of USC senior Amanda Fink, playing in her third Conference single’s final, and freshman Natasha Marks of Arizona.

The men’s final will be shown in its entirety, while clips from the women’s final will also be aired. Dick Gould and Barry Tompkins will be doing the commentary for FSN.

The Pac-10 tennis championships are held in conjunction with the Ojai Valley Tennis Tournament. The tournament, which includes more than 1,400 athletes, is put on by the Ojai Valley Tennis Club. Founded in 1895, the tournament is referred to as ‘The Ojai’ ®. This year’s tournament, held Apr. 23-26, was the 109th edition. It was founded by NCAA doubles champion William L. Thacher to promote amateur tennis in California.
