Oregon State opens its two-game mid-week series with Gonzaga on Tuesday. First pitch at Goss Stadium is scheduled for 6 p.m. PT.

Jared Norris, Joey Wong and Adalberto Santos all posted two hits but the Beavers lost to Washington, 4-3, Sunday in Seattle. Aaron Russel hit a pinch-hit double to drive in the game-winning run in the seventh. Norris extended his hit streak to five games by going 2-for-4. Santos also had a 2-for-4 effort, driving in a run and scoring one himself. Kraig Sitton took the loss to drop to 1-3 this season.

Jared Norris is on a five-game hit streak, which is tied for his longest of the year. Over the five games, Norris is batting .429 (6-for-14) with two RBI. In his last 10 games, Norris is hitting .345 with a double and five RBI.
Don't Forget Stefen
Stefen Romero also comes into Tuesday's game on a five-game hit streak after finishing with one hit Sunday. He is 7-for-20 (.350) with two triples and four RBI during the streak.
OSU is playing in its fourth Tuesday game of the season. The Beavers are 3-0 in them and 2-0 at Goss Stadium.

Gonzaga has won the last six games between the teams. That's one shy of tying Oregon State's longest win streak in the series, seven games, from 1993-94.
