The Cats were also the runner-up in 1992 and 2002, sharing the place in the latter year with Auburn and Texas. Arizona will tee off at 8:10 on the 10th hole on Tuesday, paired with players from Ohio State and North Carolina each of the first two days.

Keeping Track of the Cats: The NCAA will be providing a number of ways to keep track of play at the NCAA Championships. will once again be providing live scoring updates every three holes with hole-by-hole scorecard updates available. There will also be a webcast on the final two days of holes 16, 17 and 18 that can be viewed for free. Those links are provided at the top of this page.

Cats in the Polls: The Wildcats were rated as the #17 team in the nation in the latest Golfweek/Sagarin Performance Index with a total rating of 74.14. Sophomore Alejandra Llaneza was the top-rated individual for the Wildcats, placing 44th with an individual total of 72.98. Arizona was also rated #20 in the final NCGA Coaches Poll released in late April.

Last Time Out: Arizona used a furious final-day rally to dig out of 11th place and climb to 7th at the NCAA West Regional at the ASU Karsten Golf Course. Freshman Nikki Koller birdied five of her final 12 holes to shoot 2-under par 70 while senior Amanda Wilson made sure her career would extend one more tournament by carding a 3-under par round of 69 to help the Cats shoot even par as a team. Though Arizona State ran away with the team title, the Wildcats were just three shots behind three teams that tied for 4th place.
