The Cats' other pre-qualifying competitor, sophomore Jason Zafiros, beat Oklahoma State's Trevor Horstman in straight sets as well, 6-1, 6-3.  Tomorrow Zafiros will face either New Mexico State's Eduardo Salas who, like Zafiros, had a first round bye, or first rounder's Eric Tucker of Bradley or Tucker Vorster of Ole Miss.
