Klahn and Thacher Advance In Doubles At ITA All-American Championships

TULSA, Okla.- Stanford's top doubles team of Bradley Klahn and Ryan Thacher remains alive at the D'Novo/ITA All-American Championships after another victory on Friday.

Klahn and Thacher are into the quarterfinals after cruising past Texas A&M's duo of Alexey Grigorov and Austin Krajicek 8-1 in a second round match.

That victory comes on the heels of an 8-6 first-round win over William and Mary's Keziel Juneau and Sebastien Vidal on Thursday afternoon.

The duo will now face Virginia's team of Houston Barrick and Michael Shabaz on Saturday afternoon.

Meanwhile in singles, Klahn and Alex Clayton have been eliminated from the main draw.

Klahn outlasted Middle Tennessee State's John Peers 4-6, 6-4, 6-3 in the second round before falling to USC's Steve Johnson 6-4, 5-7, 7-5 in the round of 16.

Clayton dropped a 4-6, 6-3, 6-3 decision to James Meredith of Boise State in the second round.
