Feller Joins 500 Club as No. 14 Bears Blast Beavers in 3-0 Sweep
CORVALLIS, Ore. - California volleyball head coach Rich Feller recorded his 500th career victory as the No. 14-ranked Golden Bears swept Oregon State, 25-22, 25-23, 25-22, tonight (Oct. 17) at Gill Coliseum. Cal improved to 10-7 on the year (3-4 Pac-10) and sent the Beavers to 11-8 (2-5 Pac-10). Huskies Battle Back To Take Out Trojans, 3-2
SEATTLE - Trailing 2-1, the No. 4 Washington volleyball team dug in its heels and rallied back for a thrilling 3-2 victory over the 16th-ranked Trojans, sending 2,686 fans home happy from Bank of America Arena tonight. It was the first time this year that the Huskies (17-1, 7-1 Pac-10) have trailed after a non-deciding set, but they were able to get their first comeback win of the year, 25-21, 22-25, 24-26, 25-20, 15-10.
