COUGAR VOLLEYBALL WRAPS UP REGULAR SEASON; SENIOR NIGHT: The Washington State volleyball team (17-11 overall, 5-11 Pac-10) are home for the final two regular season matches this week...sandwiching Thanksgiving will be matches against No. 18 Oregon (17-9, 7-9) Wednesday, Nov. 25, and against Oregon State (12-16, 3-13) Friday, Nov. 27...both matches begin at 7 p.m. in Bohler Gym...vouchers for free admittance to the Friday match are available at the Palouse Empire Mall for kids age 13-and under.

SENIOR NIGHT: Friday, November 27 is senior night and four Cougar seniors will be honored...four-year letterwinners Jackie Albright, Kelly Hyder and Cassie Robbins, along with two-year letterwinner Renee Bordelon will be presented with their families before the match.

COUGAR COACHING STAFF: Head Coach Andrew Palileo is in his second season at WSU after a highly successful tenure at South Dakota State...Palileo has a 27-30 overall record at WSU, and a 13-year career record of 266-171...associate head coach Brian Lamppa and assistant coach TeAna Tramel complete the coaching staff...Kara Kiefer is the coordinator of operations.

TRIO HONORED BY PAC-10 FOR ACADEMICS: Jackie Albright was named to the Pacific-10 Volleyball All-Academic second team and Cassie Robbins and Faith Hutcherson were named honorable mention...Albright, a senior OH from Lake Forest, Calif., has a 3.56 GPA in civil engineering...Robbins, a senior MB from Yakima, Wash., has a 3.35 GPA in hospitality business management, and Hutcherson, a junior defensive specialist from Redmond, Wash., has a 3.14 GPA in communication.
