No. 7 Softball To Host South Florida In Three-Game Series This Weekend

Feb. 25, 2010

TEMPE, Ariz. - The seventh-ranked ASU Softball team (9-2) will hit their home diamond again this weekend as they set to face the USF Bulls in Tempe at Farrington Stadium on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Friday and Saturday's start time is set for 7 p.m. with Sunday's game to start at 11 a.m.

The Bulls roll into town with a 2-3 all-time series record since 1987, though Clint Myers and his team look to remedy that record as USF has never faced ASU with Myers at the helm.

ASU enters the weekend with a 9-2 overall record after two weeks of tournament play which has seen them hit .357 as a team with 20 home runs and 111 runs scored to lead the Pac-10 in runs scored and RBIs.
