Cal-UCLA Women's Tennis Match Postponed Due to Rain

LOS ANGELES - The No. 3-ranked California women's tennis team (8-1) has postponed its match against No. 4 UCLA (10-1) due to inclement weather conditions head coach Amanda Augustus announced today (Feb. 27). The Golden Bears and the Bruins will square off in an 11 a.m. PT match on Sunday, Feb. 28, at the Los Angeles Tennis Center.

Cal is coming off a 5-2 win over No. 10 USC and has won two consecutive matches since suffering its only loss of the season. UCLA is 10-1 and just handed No. 11 Stanford its first loss of the season, 6-1. However, UCLA's only loss of the year came at the hands of the Bears in the quarterfinal of the 2010 ITA National Team Indoor Championships in Madison, Wis.
