Husky Classics Goes Overtime This Week Share

March 7, 2010

SEATTLE - UWTV and FSN will present Washington's 2009 home victory over UCLA this Monday night at 7:00 p.m. as part of its weekly Husky Classics, a weekly series on UWTV featuring favorite University of Washington football and basketball games.

Check out FSN's original telecast of the Jan. 24, 2009 win over the Bruins. Isaiah Thomas scored 24 points to lead the eventual Pac-10 champion Huskies to an 86-75 victory over 13th-ranked UCLA.

Justin Dentmon sat for the majority of the game because of fouls. Instead of sulking, he soared _ and lifted surprising Washington with him to the top of the Pac-10.

Jon Brockman rebounded from having zero field goals against USC two days prior to score 18 points and add eight rebounds for Washington, which won for the 13th time in 14 games to claim sole possession of the Pac-10 lead for the first time since January 2005.

Continue reliving amazing touchdowns and thrilling three-pointers through Husky Classics at 7 p.m. every Monday on UWTV. Next week's Hucky Classics turns to hoops as UWTV telecasts last season's home win over UCLA. For more information, visit
