Hey Gymdawg fans!
Today was the first day of spring quarter and I am excited for some nice weather! I had three classes today, two of which are for my sociology major and one is for my pre-law major. It blows my mind how fast college has flown by! I am continuing to plan my class schedules around graduation next year and am hoping to graduate on time with a double major. I am excited to see how I like the classes I have chose for spring quarter but it is hard to tell on the first day!
As for gymnastics, we just got home from warm and sunny Tucson, AZ where Pac-10 Championships were held. Pac-10s was a big meet for us as a young team. It was exciting for the new freshmen who had the opportunity to compete at their first Pac-10s. Hopefully we can take away some experience from the meet that will make us that much better for Regionals, which is in two weeks! We will hit practice hard the next two weeks in hopes of having our best meet of the season in Utah! I want to thank all of the parents and family who came to Pac-10s and cheered us on! You all did such a great job being loud and representing UW!!! I was surprised when there was a fan club waiting for us as we left the hotel! That was a lot of fun!
This coming weekend I will be home spending Easter with my family! It is nice being so close to home and having the best of both worlds! I always spend Easter at my Grandparents' house for Easter egg hunts and dinner with my cousins. I am pumped to see all of them after being so busy with school and gym! It will be a great holiday weekend! That is all for now. I hope everyone has a great Day! Happy Easter!
