Soccer Wraps Up Spring Against Metro State Friday

Apr 1, 2010

BOULDER -- The University of Colorado soccer team will close out its spring schedule by hosting Metro State College on Friday, April 2, at 3 p.m. at Prentup Field.

The match is a makeup from a previously scheduled meeting on March 19 that was postponed until Friday due to weather.

Colorado is 2-1-1 this spring, most recently defeating Regis University on March 17 at the Indoor Practice Bubble. The Buffaloes also claimed a 2-1 win at Northern Colorado on March 11.

CU began spring play with a trip to California in early March, playing to a 0-0 draw with St. Mary's (Calif.) and dropping a 2-0 decision to California.

Admission and parking is free for Friday's matchup with the Roadrunners. Please note due to construction in progress in the Prentup Parking Lot, parking in the lot will be limited and fans are encouraged to park along Innovation or Discovery Drive. Click here for a map of the area.
