Cal Baseball Shuts Out Stanford, 2-0
BERKELEY - Bolstered by the strong pitching of senior left-hander Chris Petrini and junior right-hander Kevin Miller, the Cal baseball team recorded its eighth shutout of the 2010 season with a 2-0 victory over No. 22 Stanford Monday (April 5) at Evans Diamond. The Golden Bears, who won their fifth game in a row, improved their overall record to 17-10, while the Cardinal dropped to 13-10. [Read more]

No. 1 ASU Defeats San Diego 15-0 On Monday
TEMPE, Ariz. - Ten different players recorded a hit on Monday as the No. 1 Arizona State University baseball team defeated San Diego 15-0 in front of 2,967 fans at Winkles Field-Packard Stadium at Brock Ballpark. The Sun Devils improved to 26-1 on the season with the victory. [Read more]
