Men's Rowing Heads to Boston for Weekend Races

CORVALLIS, Ore. –The No. 17 Oregon State men’s crew team will be racing in Boston, Mass., this weekend as they return to action to take on Northeastern on Saturday, April 24, and conclude the weekend with races on Sunday against MIT and Holy Cross.


The races on Saturday against the No. 7 Huskies will begin at 8:00 a.m. on the Charles River.


“The team knows that performing well against a top-ten team like Northeastern can make a big difference as we approach the championship segment of the year,” head coach Steve Todd said.


On Sunday the Beavers will compete against MIT and Holy Cross beginning at 9:15 a.m. on the Charles River.


The weather for the weekend is expected to be sunny with a high of 62 degrees on Saturday, and there is a chance of showers on Sunday, with a temperature of around 57 degrees.
