Ten Bruins To Attend NFL Rookie Camps

Ten members of the 2009 UCLA football team will be going to NFL rookie camps - three draftees, five free agents and two invited for free agent tryouts.

All-America defensive tackle Brian Price was by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as the third pick in the second round of the National Football League Draft. He was 35th overall pick in the 2010 Draft.

All-America cornerback Alterraun Verner is now a member of the Tennessee Titans. He was selected as the sixth pick of the fourth round (No. 104 overall). The Titans traded up in the round to make the pick.

Wide receiver/kick returner Terrence Austin, No. 2 in career all-purpose yards, was the 12th pick for the seventh round (No. 219 overall) by the Washington Redskins.

Five Bruins signed free agent contracts. Tight end Logan Paulsen signed with the Washington Redskins, running back Chane Moline is now a member of the Oakland Raiders, linebacker Kyle Bosworth has signed with the Jacksonville Jaguars, defensive end Korey Bosworth has signed with the Denver Broncos and linebacker Reggie Carter is now a member of the Seattle Seahawks.

Two other seniors have free agent tryouts. Tight end/fullback Ryan Moya will be trying out with the Cleveland Browns and offensive lineman Nick Ekbatani has an invitation from the St. Louis Rams.
