Cal Cruises to 7-0 Shutout Over Saint Mary's
MORAGA, Calif. - In the final nonconference game of the regular season, the No. 15/13 California softball team rained five runs over Saint Mary's in the top of the first en route to its 7-0 shutout against the Gaels on Wednesday afternoon. Cal scored five runs, four of which were unearned, thanks to four hits and on Gael error in the top of the first to give the Bears a cushiony 5-0 lead. No. 19 Ducks Split Doubleheader with Vikings
EUGENE - In Wednesday's doubleheader, the No. 19 University of Oregon softball team (32-14, 7-8) came back to beat Portland State (24-25, 14-2) by a 5-4 score in the opener, but the Vikings earned revenge with a 4-1 victory in the nightcap at Howe Field. [Read More]
