Mosko Finishes Third in 1500 Free

SANTA CLARA, Calif.-- David Mosko finished third for the second time in three days, finishing in third in the 1500-meter freestyle on Sunday to close out the Santa Clara International Invite.

Mosko on Sunday finished on third to Australia's Robert Hurley, the nation's third-fastest long distance swimmer in the event. Mosko's time of 15:42.54 was six seconds behind Hurley (15:36.07). Mosko had previously finished third in the 200 butterfly on Friday and also reached the finals of the 400 free on Saturday, where he was eighth.

Also on Sunday, alum Paul Kronfeld was third in the C Finals of the 200 breast and sophomore-to-be, Matthew Swanston was third in the B Finals of the 100 Back.
