Golden Bears Win First Pac-10 Championship
BERKELEY - The No. 2-ranked California volleyball team (25-3, 15-3 Pac-10) defeated No. 20 Arizona (20-11, 9-9 Pac-10) on Friday, Nov. 26, at Haas Pavilion, to claim its first Pac-10 Championship.

No. 6 USC Records Another Five-Set Winner At No. 9 UCLA
LOS ANGELES - Freshman outside hitter Falyn Fonoimoana tied a season-high with 23 kills Friday as the No. 6 USC Women of Troy finished the 2010 regular season with a five-set win against the No. 9 UCLA Bruins (20-25, 25-21, 25-20, 20-25, 15-13) in Pac-10 Conference action at Pauley Pavilion. The Trojans registered a season-high 18 blocks against the Bruins as USC improved its record to 7-1 this season in five-set matches.

Cardinal Sweeps ASU For Fifth Straight Pac-10 Title
STANFORD, Calif. - Behind its three seniors the fourth-ranked Stanford women's volleyball team swept Arizona State, Friday, to claim a share of the 2010 Pac-10 Conference title. Set scores were 25-15, 25-15, 25-23 as the Cardinal finished the regular season with a 24-3 overall record and a 15-3 mark in the conference, while the Sun Devils end their season with a 13-18 record (7-11 Pac-10).

Husky Block Turns Back 24th-Ranked Ducks
SEATTLE - A wall of Husky volleyball players centered around junior Lauren Barfield sent back shot after shot and led 13th-ranked UW to a 3-0 win over 24th-ranked Oregon in front of 3,622 fans at Hec Edmundson Pavilion tonight.

Sawatzky Leads Volleyball in Five-Set Thriller Win over Cougars
Pullman, Wash. - Senior Jill Sawatzky (St. Andrews, Manitoba) earned 20 kills and 16 digs, her 10th double-double of the season, to lead the Oregon State volleyball team (9-22, 2-15) to a five-set thrilling victory over Washington State (6-21, 0-17) on Friday evening in Bohler Gym.
