All seven Pac-10 teams were on display this weekend before a crowd of 4,028 at Pauley Pavilion in Los Angeles. Led by all-round competitors Allyse Ishino and Shelley Alexander, STANFORD won the first-ever Pac-10 Showcase. The Cardinal stuck on every routine en route to a score of 196.625, its highest score in school history in an opening meet. UCLA finished second followed by OREGON STATE.

Five Pac-10 women's gymnastics teams will be in action this weekend, two of which are Top 25 duals. For the second week in a row, No. 8 Oregon State hosts a Top 25 team, as No. 15 Ohio State visits Corvallis, Ore. No. 5 UCLA travels to  Cedar City, Utah to take on the Thunderbirds of No. 23 Southern Utah.  No. 18 Arizona travels to Utah State. California hosts a tri-meet against UC Davis and San Jose State. Washington hosts Boise State, Illinois State and Seattle Pacific on Saturday at Hec Edmundson Pavilion in Seattle.
