The Pac-10 season is nearing its end, but the competition is still high as two of the top collegiate gymnastics programs of all-time battle it out in a tri-meet on Sunday, Mar. 6. Six-time NCAA champion UCLA hosts 10-time NCAA champion Georgia along with Pac-10 foe ARIZONA. Georgia posted a season-high score of 197.225 in a dual meet loss to Alabama, while Arizona and UCLA earned meet victories. But the NCAA Championships preparation jump starts when No. 2 STANFORD, No. 7 OREGON STATE and No. 18 Denver visits CALIFORNIA. The Cardinal can reach its first-ever undefeated season with a quad meet win. It will also be senior night where Avery Gee will be honored, along with the Golden Bears head coach Cari DuBois, who will be retiring from collegiate coaching at the end of the season. ARIZONA STATE travels to Lincoln, Neb. to take on the No. 10 Nebraska Cornhuskers. On Friday, Mar. 4 No. 15 WASHINGTON will host the Michigan State for the first ever meeting.
