Game One Between Washington And Oregon Rained Out
SEATTLE - The opening Pac-10 game of the 2011 season for No. 6 Washington and No. 14 Oregon will have to wait until Saturday. Heavy rain has poured into Husky Softball Stadium all day leading to UW staff to call off tonight's 6 p.m. game. The two teams will play a doubleheader Saturday beginning at 1 p.m.

Errors Give No. 4 Softball Win Over No. 8 Cal In Pac-10 Opener
TEMPE, Ariz. - A stellar pitching duel that ended in costly errors in favor of the Sun Devils gave the No. 4 ASU Softball team a 3-1 win to open Pac-10 play Friday as they beat the No. 8 Cal Golden Bears. Dallas Escobedo took the win to move to 16-1 on the year as Jolene Henderson drops to 20-3. The Sun Devils now hold at 34-2 overall and 1-1 in Pac-10 play as Cal drops to 21-5 on the year and 0-1 in conference play.

Cats Clobber Cardinal in Pac-10 Opener
PALO ALTO, Calif. - No. 9 Arizona (29-6) beat No. 12 Stanford (24-5) 8-0 in five innings in the Pac-10 opener for both teams.

Seventh-Ranked Bruins Come Back to Best Beavers
LOS ANGELES - The seventh-ranked Bruins came back from an early 2-0 deficit and took advantage of a costly Oregon State error in the third to score five unearned runs, as junior Andrea Harrison posted her second-career, four-hit game to help UCLA to a 6-2 victory on Friday night at Easton Stadium in the Pac-10 opener for both teams.
