No. 8 Bears Earn 3-2 Upset over No. 4 ASU
BERKELEY - After struggling offensively for the first two games of the season, the No. 8 California softball team unloaded for six hits but the final at bat did not involve putting the ball in play. With the game tied 2-2, bases loaded with two outs, Jordan Wallace waited out a walk to plate Ashley Decker and give the Bears a 3-2 upending over the Sun Devils on Sunday afternoon at Levine-Fricke Field.

Fowler Shuts out Stanford, Cats Sweep Series
Behind a complete game, two-hitter by Kenzie Fowler, No. 9 Arizona (32-6, 3-0) topped No. 12 Stanford (24-7, 0-3) by a score of 2-0 in the series finale.

Seventh-Ranked Bruins Batter the Beavers
LOS ANGELES - Junior Andrea Harrison wrapped up an outstanding weekend with two hits and six runs batted in, including a walk-off grand slam in the bottom of the fifth inning, as seventh-ranked UCLA finished off a three-game sweep of Oregon State with a 12-2 victory on Sunday at Easton Stadium. Junior Katie Schroeder, sophomore B.B. Bates and freshman Alyssa Tiumalu also had two-hit games.

No. 6 Huskies Bite Ducks in Doubleheader Finale
SEATTLE - The No. 14 University of Oregon softball team's 12-game win streak came to an end Saturday as No. 6 Washington polished off a doubleheader sweep in Pac-10 opening day action.
