WASH leads, 49-38-4. Last game: WASH, 31-23 (2011)

Cal sophomore TB Brendan Bigelow notched his third TD run of at least 50 yards this season when he went 57 yards for a score at Utah. He also had TD rushes of 81 and 59 yards at Ohio State. The last time a Cal RB had three rushes of 50 or more yards was Jahvid Best in 2009 (61, 73, 93).

With five catches at Utah, junior WR Keenan Allen now has 205 career receptions to become California's all-time receptions leader. He passed former Golden Bear Geoff McArthur who had 202 receptions (2000-04).

Washington's victory over No. 7 Oregon State marked the first time the Huskies had beaten a previously unbeaten team past the midway point of the season since 1982. It was the second win against a top-10 opponent this season (they beat No. 8 Stanford on Sept. 27), marking the fifth time in program history, and the first time since 2001 that a UW squad had knocked off two top-10 teams in the same season.

Washington sophomore TE Austin Seferian-Jenkins, who leads all FBS tight ends with 40 receptions (5.0 per game), needs just eight catches to tie the school single-season record by a tight end set by Jerramy Stevens in 2000. He also eclipsed the 1,000-yard barrier in career receiving yards (1,016).

STANFORD (6-2) at COLORADO (1-7)
Sat., Nov. 3, 12 noon MT - FX
STAN leads, 4-3-0. Last game: ORE, 48-7 (2011)

The Cardinal defense has allowed a net of -13 yards rushing over the last two games. Stanford ranks second in the FBS, allowing just 65.4 yards rushing per game. Its 10 sacks against WSU set a school record and it now ranks third in the nation in sacks (4.0).

Stanford junior S Ed Reynolds returned his league-high-tying fourth interception of the season for a touchdown against Washington State. He has returned two interceptions for touchdowns this season to tie for second in the FBS, and his 169 interception return yards lead the nation. Reynolds' pick six marked the fourth defensive score for the Cardinal this season.

Junior RB Stepfan Taylor needs 96 yards to reach 1,000 yards for the third season in his career. He'd join former Cardinal Darin Nelson as the only Stanford players to accomplish that feat, and 12th player to do so in Pac-12 history.

Colorado is 3-0 against Stanford at Folsom Field, with its last home meeting with the Cardinal coming in 1990, the Buffaloes' national championship season. Offensive coordinator Eric Bieniemy, who was a senior running back for the Buffs at the time, scored the deciding touchdown with 12 seconds left in a 21-17 win. All three contests in Boulder have been decided by a TD or less.

Colorado DE Will Pericak has started each game of a possible 45 since arriving on campus and now owns the Colorado record for consecutive career starts. His 45 starts are two shy of the overall mark set by OL Ryan Miller (2007-11).
